Dubbed the ‘media maestro’ when working as a senior marketer and spin doctor in the corporate world the nickname maestro stuck with some and ‘the maestro’ has been trading on his one claim to fame ever since.

So when the decision was made to leave a corporate career behind to follow a long held passion for bringing friends and family together for  good food, drinks, music and good times at a Middle Eastern tapas restaurant and bar in Manly he thought why not spread the maestro myth even further and call it maestro & co.

The food at maestro & co is central to the experience just as it was when the maestro was growing up in south western New South Wales the son of a Lebanese father, whose parents emigrated to Australia in the early 1900s, and a mother of Irish heritage.

And in the age old tradition of the region that inspired our menu, all of our dishes are meant to be shared tapas style – just like all the best things in life!

In bringing the flavours of the Middle East to Manly the maestro and all the team at maestro & co endeavour to bring something unique to the local dining scene.

Bookings & Functions

Book online

For bookings of 9 people or less, book online using our booking calendar

For 10 people or more or a  function, call us on 9976 3065.

We do two sittings on Friday and Saturday nights 6.00pm and 8.00pm. For the 6.00pm sitting we require the table back by 7.45pm.

For groups of 7 or more on weekend nights we require you to have one of our set menu options.

If your preferred time is not available or any other special requests please give us a call.

We take bookings for half the restaurant with the bar area left unreserved for walk-ins.

Functions

Looking for somewhere relaxed, friendly and with great food and service for a party – maestro & co is the perfect choice.

Whether it’s your office Christmas Party, birthday, farewell or other special occasion we can work with you to make it a party to remember.

Open 6 nights for dinner, we can also open for lunches Tuesday to Sunday for 15 or more guests. We can cater for up to 40 people seated or 65 standing. There are no room hire charges for exclusive use of the restaurant on Sunday through to Thursday night for groups of 35 or more having one of our set menus. There is a minimum spend requirement for exclusive use of the restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night.
