Maestro & Co Moroccan & Middle Eastern restaurant BYO

Maestro & Co was created by Graeme Moses (aka the Maestro) inspired by his Lebanese heritage.

Established in 2016 to a warm reception from the Manly community.

Now owned by chef Bouazza (Ben) Elfahim who joined the business in 2016 as Head Chef and Manager who together with the Maestro took the restaurant to new heights and wide acclaim. Ben, who hails from Morocco and has worked on the Northern Beaches for over 25 years at such well known eateries as Manly’s now defunct Alhambra Manly, Garfish Manly, The Cove Manly, Limani Narrabeen, In Situ Manly, Morello’s Mosman, Jamie’s Narrabeen and most recently Afous at The Spit Mosman, took over Maestro on and ensures the legacy of Manly’s number one restaurant will continue.

The food at maestro & co is central to the experience just as it is to all families of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean heritage. And in the age-old tradition of the region that inspired our menu, all of our dishes are meant to be shared tapas style – just like all the best things in life!

In bringing the flavors of Morocco & Middle East to Manly Maestro & Co strives to bring something unique to the local dining scene.

Bookings & Functions


*Set menus are a requirement for any group bookings of 6 guests or more, to give you the best experience possible.

*To enquire, simply look at our set menus options on the link on the top & send us an email or call.

*We can take 40 People sitting down, and 65 people standing.

*A Booking Guarantee of $20.00 deposit is required per person for 4 people & more, it’s purely used for the confirmation of the booking.

*There will be a charge of $20 per person apply within 24 hours of your booking, 

*These are terms & conditions accepted when making a booking.

*Your table will be held for 15min after your reservation time. Please advise us if you will be late otherwise, we reserve the right to give away the table.
